Steve Karg (he's the guy with this license plate -- now, how do we get BACnet to the moon, and beyond?) sent me an e-mail Thursday, at the end of the PlugFest, with a link to his blog entry about a utility to put received MS/TP frames into PCAP format to use with Wireshark. I haven't had time to try it out yet but thought I would pass it on.
